Suzanne Pleshette

 

Suzanne Pleshette was an American television, film, and voice actor. She lived from January 31, 1937, until January 19th, 2008. Pleshette began her career in theatre and was first seen in films in the late 1950s. She then appeared in prominent films such as Rome Adventure (1962), Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds (1963), and Spirited Away (2001). Later, she was featured in various television productions as well as in the role of a guest. She was Emily Hartley from 1972 to 1978 on the Bob Newhart show, in which she earned a variety of Emmy Award nominations.
